The secret to getting more sales… is focusing on sales activities.
Yup, the uncomfortable stuff that we don’t like to look at because we’ve told ourselves a story that it’s hard or we don’t understand it.
That’s nothing but a story.
Let’s dig into it.
Why Followers Feel Like the Answer
Getting more followers feels tangible and immediate. It’s a number you can see go up daily. Many people think more followers = more success (or at least the appearance of it). But while followers are great for visibility and brand growth, they don’t automatically equate to sales.
That’s where the disconnect happens: Followers can give you validation, but they don’t necessarily build sustainable revenue. People instinctively know this — hence choosing the funnel over followers when given the choice.
Here’s What Really Matters
Having a large audience is powerful as a business owner, but only if you know how to turn that audience into paying customers. This is where a well-built funnel comes into play. A funnel doesn’t just bring you followers or visibility; it takes your audience on a journey and converts their interest into revenue. And that’s what scales your business.
Now, here’s the thing — you don’t need a massive audience to build a successful funnel. Even if you don’t have thousands of followers, there are plenty of ways to fill your funnel with quality leads. And guess what? It’s not rocket science!
The Perfect Combo
Imagine having a strong funnel in place and growing your following. Every new follower is a potential lead that gets nurtured through your funnel, leading to consistent, scalable income. That’s the sweet spot — combining visibility with a system designed to convert.
What Should You Focus on Right Now?
If you’re still working on building your audience, great — keep doing that! But don’t forget to invest time into creating a funnel that works for you on autopilot. That way, when those followers come, you’ll have a system in place to turn them into paying customers.
