What I wish I had built from day one

Hey ,

Over the last few years, I’ve restructured everything behind the scenes at Bossbabe.

I downsized the team, rebuilt our offers, and simplified the entire backend of the business.

I realized something most entrepreneurs don’t talk about:
I don't want a business that looks impressive on the outside.

I want a business that feels free.

So I rebuilt it.

And if I had to do it all over again, starting from zero - this is the exact 3-step blueprint I’d follow:

1️⃣ A Clear, Results-Driven Offer

I wouldn’t start with a brand.
I wouldn’t start with a podcast, a logo, or an aesthetic Instagram grid.

I’d start by solving one very specific problem for one very specific person.

Because clarity sells.

Most entrepreneurs get stuck here: overthinking what to offer, trying to include everything, or pricing based on hours instead of outcomes.
But the truth? You don’t need 10 offers. You need one really good one that creates undeniable transformation.

→ ACTION: Ask yourself: What is one urgent, painful problem my ideal client would pay to solve today?
If you can answer that, you’re already ahead of the game.

2️⃣ A Funnel That Does the Heavy Lifting

You don’t need to be online 24/7 to make money.
But you do need a system that consistently turns interest into income, without burning you out.

Here’s what I’d put in place right away:

  • A simple Qualifier: think a free guide, quiz, or checklist that attracts the right people and gets them excited about working with you

  • An automated way to capture and nurture those leads: so you’re not manually following up with every new subscriber
(Hint: see #3 below to learn how we do this)

  • A clear path to your offer: so your audience knows exactly how to take the next step when they’re ready to buy

This doesn’t need to be complex.

What matters is that you have a repeatable process that guides people from “just found you” to “I’m in.”

→ ACTION: Create a free Qualifier (aka lead magnet) that solves one basic, real problem your ideal client is already struggling with.
The simpler and more specific, the better. Think: checklist, quick-start guide, or short training.

3️⃣ A Tech Stack That Actually Makes Things Easier

In the beginning, I wasted so much time patching things together - email platforms, course delivery tools, checkout links, random automations…

And something always broke.

Now, everything is built on one platform: Kajabi.
My emails, funnels, digital products, payments, and automations:
All in one place. Seamless, simple, and reliable.

It’s also where every single lead that enters our world gets tracked.
From the moment someone downloads a free resource, Kajabi captures their email and automatically plugs them into the right email sequence, so they’re guided to their next best step - whether that’s a training, offer, or deeper piece of content.

We never lose a lead because every one of them is accounted for.
There’s no guesswork. No manual tracking. Just smart automation that meets people exactly where they are.

It saves me time, saves my team stress, and lets me focus on what actually moves the needle.

→ ACTION: Explore Kajabi here and start building your backend right.
Even if you're starting from zero, this is the tool I wish I had from day one.

So if you’re in that summer reset energy and you’re ready to simplify, systemize, and finally build a business that works for you…

Follow the 3-step blueprint above.
