our launch numbers... šŸ‘€

Hey ,

You know that we value transparency here, so letā€™s chat numbers:

This week, we just wrapped a $1.6M+ launch.

This has pushed us into having our biggest revenue year EVER at bossbabe.

So, rather than a launch debrief I actually wanted to drop in with 10 specific things that led us to having our biggest revenue and profit year ever.

Get cozy, grab another coffee and letā€™s get into it.

1. Simplicity Is Scalability

At the heart of every major revenue milestone is simplicity. For us, this meant doubling down focus on our offers, funnels and traffic. When you keep your focus narrow, you avoid the overwhelm and noise that can come from juggling too many revenue streams. We got rid of a LOT within the business, not necessarily thinking itā€™d result in even more revenue, but knowing it would be a more enjoyable business experience.

2. Quality Over Quantity Wins

The key to our $1.6M launch wasnā€™t having the largest audienceā€”it was having the most aligned audience. Weā€™ve learned that itā€™s less about the number of people youā€™re reaching and more about how well they fit with the solution youā€™re offering. We actually drove WAY fewer leads than previous launches, yet the results speak for themselves.

3. Speed Is A Superpower

One of the biggest shifts this year has been learning how to move fast while staying strategic. There were launches this year where we had very little prep time, but we didnā€™t let that hold us back. Instead, we focused on agility and getting things done without waiting for ā€˜perfect.ā€™

4. Know Your Numbers Intimately

Itā€™s one thing to know your revenue goals, but itā€™s another to truly understand what drives them. Every launch this year, weā€™ve been laser-focused on the data behind each conversion: where leads come from, what messages resonate, and which touchpoints convert the most. The more you know your numbers, the better decisions you can make.

5. Build Relationships, Not Just Audiences

Weā€™ve put a lot of effort into nurturing relationships, not just growing our audience. Whether itā€™s through social media, live events, or webinars, creating genuine connections has been a game changer. These relationships turn into long-term clients and advocates who stay with us far beyond one offer.

6. Donā€™t Be Afraid To Repurpose Content

This year, we leaned heavily into repurposing content, and itā€™s paid off big time. Instead of constantly creating something new, weā€™ve learned to maximize the value of what we already haveā€”whether itā€™s turning a live session into a podcast episode, or slicing up a webinar for short-form videos.

7. Protect Your Energy Like Your Most Important Asset

If thereā€™s one personal lesson Iā€™ll continue to shout from the rooftops about, itā€™s this: You canā€™t pour from an empty cup. Protecting my time and energy has been essential in showing up as the best version of myself for both my team and my family. Iā€™m constantly learning how to create more space in my life for rest and recovery, without sacrificing the big wins.

8. Be Obsessed With Client Success

Our biggest growth came from making sure that our clientsā€™ success is our top priority. When we focused on delivering real, transformative results for our clients, the business grew naturally. If you help your clients win, your business will always win too. The testimonials that we get to share because of this are a huge reason that new people actually trust us.

9. Embrace The Power Of Saying No

One of the hardest, but most impactful lessons we learned this year is the power of saying no. Whether itā€™s turning down opportunities that donā€™t align with our goals or resisting the urge to chase every shiny new strategy, saying no has allowed us to stay laser-focused on what truly matters. Water your own grass, trust me, itā€™ll be so much greener that way.

10. The Long Game Matters More Than The Quick Wins

This year has shown us that consistency over time trumps a quick burst of success. Instead of getting caught up in the highs and lows of individual launches, we focused on long-term strategy and sustainability. Building a business is a marathon, not a sprint.

Okay, and hereā€™s a bonus one:

11. Adapt Or Get Left Behind

Listen, things are changing FAST: especially with how quickly AI is moving, so staying adaptable is key. We didnā€™t rely on the strategies that worked in the past; instead, we were constantly evolving, testing new approaches, and innovating. The businesses that thrive are the ones that can pivot and adapt when the landscape shifts.

I hope these lessons give you some insight into whatā€™s been driving our biggest year yet and maybe spark some ideas for your own business journey.

I also wanted to say thank you for being here, on this journey. It means the absolute world that we get to do this in community.

If youā€™re reading any of these lessons, and you want to ask me questions about the launch (or anything else here!) - please make sure youā€™re inside our bossbabe membership. Iā€™m actually hosting a Q+A next Wednesday, so come and introduce yourself.

Iā€™d love to work with you even more closely!

XO,
Natalie
