We just wrapped up our latest launch of the Freedom Fast Track program, welcoming 598 incredible entrepreneurs which officially marks one of our biggest launches ever! I posted some launch numbers on social a little too early, so here’s the exact!

✅ WHAT WORKED
1. Simplicity & Repeatability (Our Winning Formula)
The most impactful decision we made was doubling down on exactly what worked from previous launches. Rather than chasing new tactics, we stuck to our proven playbook: driving leads directly to our high-converting masterclass and following up with a tight, deadline-driven email sequence. We removed distractions from the funnel — no extra steps, no complicated upsells — just a clean, clear journey from problem to solution.
2. A Highly Specific & Compelling Offer
Freedom Fast Track teaches entrepreneurs how to build a streamlined sales system that creates predictable revenue without overwhelm. We didn’t sell the program itself; we sold the transformation of clarity, financial predictability, and simplicity in business. Clearly defined transformations always outperform vague promises.
3. Personalized Live Chat Conversations
Adding live chat was a game-changer. Our team connected with potential clients in real-time, answering questions, overcoming objections, and delivering a personalized enrollment experience. This immediate connection significantly boosted conversions and built deeper trust.
4. Strategic Instagram Reels for Visibility & Conversion
Reels and carousels were central to our traffic strategy. We didn’t chase vanity metrics; instead, we crafted posts specifically designed to lead viewers directly to our masterclass. Short-form, high-value reels consistently converted cold audiences into warm, engaged leads.
5. Leveraging Social Proof & Client Wins
Throughout the entire launch, we prominently shared testimonials, case studies, and wins from past students. These stories built credibility and trust faster than any sales copy alone could. Genuine results always speak louder than clever marketing.
❌ WHAT WE LEARNED & COULD DO BETTER
1. I Could’ve Worked Harder
Honestly, that’s the truth lol… but I was also on the tail end of my first trimester and not really wanting to (if I’m honest). So, we stuck to the playbook and didn’t do much beyond that.
2. Payment Plan Options
We offered the 12 part payment plan from the get-go, unlike previous launches where we introduced it toward the end. We decided to pivot quickly and remove this, as we realized that we wanted people to jump in with two feet if they could.
3. Sales on Social
We went hard on driving leads on social, but we didn’t really push any sales promo on there. I think that was a potential opportunity for us, but again — this wasn’t my season for going hard. Next year, it’s ON!

Manychat for Instant IG Conversions
What we did:
We integrated Manychat automation directly into our Instagram DMs. Anytime someone commented a specific keyword (like "SALES" or "FREE TRAINING") on our reels or posts, they instantly received a link to our masterclass registration.
Why it worked:
Removed friction: Users didn't have to search for links, which increased sign-ups.
Boosted engagement: Our reels gained hundreds — even thousands — of comments, significantly boosting visibility in the algorithm.
How to replicate:
Set up Manychat automation with clear, simple keywords related to your offer.
Prompt engagement by clearly asking your audience to comment with the keyword in your reels or posts.
Follow up personally with anyone who interacts, creating genuine connections.
This tactic alone significantly increased both our audience engagement and conversion rates. Highly recommend testing it for your next launch!
