My High-Performance Stack (Wellness, Nervous System + Sales)

💌 THE OBSESSION EDITION

Regulated. Rooted. Revenue-Ready.

Hey ,

I wanted to do something a little different this week (since my newsletters have been business HEAVY the last few weeks). Let’s dive into a few of my obsessions at the minute.

This is what’s actually working behind the scenes right now to keep my business profitable and my body resourced while I build, grow, and create from a place of capacity, not depletion.

As I’m nearing the end of my second trimester (HOW?!), vitality is top of my to-do list and I’m doing everything I can to feel good. 

Let’s get into it:

🧬 BIOHACKING FOR ENERGY + HORMONES

This isn’t about wellness trends, it’s about physiological sovereignty.

I don’t chase energy anymore, I cultivate it. Slowly, steadily, and in partnership with my body. Here's how I’m supporting mitochondria, minerals, and hormone resilience right now through methods that respect both my pregnancy and my performance.

Morning Rituals (Set the System, Not Just the Vibe):

Personalized supplement stack → I take what my body needs, not what an influencer recommended. Make sure you’re getting your bloods tested regularly.
Warm water with Gloci and a hydrogen tab → Not just hydration, this is mineral replacement (and so much more!) to offset depletion from stress, sweating, and growing a baby.
Grounding walk at 7AM (barefoot when possible) → For circadian signaling, lymphatic movement, and nervous system priming. No podcast. No metrics. Just sun, breath, and presence.
Dry brushing before the shower → Stimulates lymph flow and skin detox without requiring high heat or impact.
Creatine in my raw milk cappuccino → For cellular energy, brain performance, and muscle recovery especially supportive during pregnancy and postpartum when depletion runs deep.

Midday Recovery (The Cortisol Smoother):

Adrenal mocktail (OJ + coconut water + sea salt) → Glucose + minerals = a midday metabolic reset.
PEMF mat (lowest setting, 20 minutes max) → Cellular support and anti-inflammatory benefits without overstimulation.
Snack: Sheep yogurt + berries + glycine or collagen → Gut-soothing, blood sugar-friendly, and loaded with micronutrients that fuel my brain without the crash.

Why This Works:

This isn’t about intensity, it’s about intelligence.
→ When minerals are in balance, you stop chasing sugar and caffeine.
→ When blood sugar is stable, your patience, focus, and creativity return.
→ When you start the day in your body, not your inbox, you lead from grounded clarity, not reactivity.

🧠 NERVOUS SYSTEM LEADERSHIP

I don’t outsource my nervous system to willpower anymore.

Scaling sustainably isn’t about discipline IMO, it’s about downregulation.
The bigger the vision, the calmer the system has to be. I treat my nervous system like the operating system of my entire business, because I believe it is.

Here’s how I’m regulating in real-time this season:

Weekly Rhythms:

Somatic support call (60 min, virtual) → We don’t just talk, we rewire. This week we worked on softening my default 'freeze' pattern using interoception and gentle movement cues.
Structured white space every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday → No meetings, no metrics, no input. It’s the space where my best decisions emerge and my nervous system exhales.

In-the-Moment Tools:

3-2-1 Breath Pattern (from my somatic coach):
→ Inhale for 3 through the nose
→ Hold for 2
→ Exhale for 1 with a SHHHH sound
I use this before every Zoom, team call, or major piece of content. 

Weighted eye mask + legs elevated (10 minutes) → This is my reset between high-output work blocks. It’s how I transition from execution mode to presence without carrying tension forward.
Textured grounding: I keep a sheepskin under my desk and a cold metal grounding coin I rub between my fingers when writing or on long calls. Tiny tactile signals that I’m here now.

Boundary Practices (that don’t feel restrictive):

No-phone mornings until 8:30am → I don’t check messages, metrics, or notifications until after I’ve checked in with my body. I treat cortisol like currency.
No audio input on walks → No podcasts, no scrolling. Just footfall, breath, sound. This practice unpacks residual tension and makes space for actual ideas.

Why This Works:

Because your capacity to hold clients, sales, visibility, and expansion isn’t about your strategy, it’s about your state.
→ Calm CEOs convert better.
→ Regulated nervous systems build teams people want to follow.
→ When your body trusts your leadership, your clients will too.

💻 SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS STACK

Efficiency is sacred. And every piece of content is either building equity or draining energy.

I’m not trying to go viral.
I’m trying to build a business that scales while I pregnancy nap, nourish, and take time off without panic.

Here’s how I’m doing that right now:

My Workflow This Quarter

1 Deep-Dive Video (topic: a belief or bottleneck my audience is navigating)
→ Chopped into:
• 7 reels with CTA hooks
• 1 podcast
• 1 “story meets objection” carousel
• 1 long-form nurture email
→ Then fed into:
Freedom Engine AI (coming soon) to generate: email subject lines, funnel angles, and social hooks
→ Then uploaded to:
Notion Content Hub (team knows what to post, where, when, and why)

Everything flows back to the sales engine.
Every asset gets at least 10 uses.
Nothing lives in my head. Nothing’s wasted.

Tools I Can’t Run Without

Notion Command Center → Every meeting note, funnel asset, and launch plan lives here. If it’s not in Notion, it doesn’t exist.
Spreadsheet Asset Vault → Organized by funnel phase and audience type. No digging, no bottlenecks.
Freedom Engine AI (coming soon) → My voice, my frameworks, my copy… on demand. I use it to check tone, upgrade calls to action, and write, launch + nurture faster than I ever could manually.
$25K Hour (my weekly non-negotiable block) → It’s a calendar event where I only do work that directly grows revenue or deepens buyer trust.

Examples of $25K Hour Tasks:

• Refine 1 underperforming funnel email
• Record 1 onboarding video to increase retention
• Write 1 “sales without selling” nurture piece
• Create 3 new hooks for the same lead magnet
• Audit conversion points across the customer journey

If it’s not tied to conversion or long-term value, it doesn’t belong in that hour.

Why This Works:

Because overwhelm isn’t caused by doing too much.
It’s caused by doing too many things that don’t move the needle.
→ Systems replace stress.
→ Templates replace overthinking.
→ Focus replaces hustle.

💫 ENERGETIC INFRASTRUCTURE

Behind every compelling brand is someone who knows how to pause.

This isn’t about being soft.
It’s about holding power without leaking energy.

Here’s how I’m building that invisible scaffolding into every part of my business right now:

Daily Anchors (Subtle, But Non-Negotiable)

Magnesium body oil before bed → Supports deeper sleep, calms the nervous system, and supports hormonal replenishment because I treat rest like strategy.
One white space day per week → No input, no outcome. Just letting ideas land without chasing them. This hour often becomes the birthplace of my most profitable ideas.

Leadership Practices That Protect Energy

“No tech after 5PM” → A hard boundary. Nighttime is for nervous system repair.
Energetic close to the day: No Slack, no launch numbers, no strategy decks in the evening. I physically close my laptop and mentally release the role of CEO so I can be fully present in my body and home.
Check-ins before big decisions: I ask, “Is this coming from pressure or power?” If it’s pressure, I pause.

Why This Works:

Because your nervous system is your conversion system.
→ When your pace is clean, your presence is potent.
→ When you sell from grounded energy, clients trust you faster.
→ When your business respects your body, it becomes scalable by design - not by force.

CLOSING THOUGHTS

This isn’t a season of “doing it all.”
It’s a season of doing the things that matter, well, wisely, and with my whole body on board.
