Let’s make this month all about keeping things simple, getting laser-focused on the things that actually move the needle, and going deep vs wide in what we want to accomplish.

So often we think we’ve got to be on all the platforms, doing all the things to reach our ideal clients + sales goals… but the truth is, you need to do a few things really well to get consistent results.

Instead of creating content for 3 platforms, having multiple social media accounts, or constantly trying a new funnel – pick one thing, learn + master it, and stay consistent.

It’s going to take a little practice to say no to the things that don’t align anymore, but when you make it a daily practice to focus on your priorities, you will start to get traction in your business that becomes reliable + repeatable.

🔓 How To Create Viral Content (even w/ a small audience!)

Going viral doesn’t need to be this big secret… it’s actually quite simple + repeatable when you have the process. We’ve unlocked it at Bossbabe, and as you know – I’m no gatekeeper… so today I am laying it all out there for you!

Below are a few tips that have helped women in our community (like Kate + BreeAnna) unlock their viral strategy on social and start seeing real results.

1) Okay, so first things first, you need to know your Measurable Desired Outcome – what are you actually trying to attain? For example: I want my content to go viral 1x per week on Instagram.

2) Create your Needle Moving Actions – have a simple system for creating content so it doesn’t feel sporadic each day as you are trying to post. For example: identify trending audio + batch b-roll content once per week so you have things prepped and ready to go.

3) Decide on the Frequency + Ownership of your needle-moving actions. If you have a social media manager or virtual assistant, they can have a weekly rhythm for some of these tasks – things like bookmarking trending audio, mapping out the hook for each reel, or assigning you specific clips to record based on research in your industry. If your business is just you right now, I recommend you start to assign these types of rhythms to yourself.
