I 10X'd my story views š¤Æ
Hey ,
For a long time, the view I took on Instagram was:
The feed is for delivering value and bringing in new followers, as well as having people take the next step into your funnelā¦
And stories are a place for you to nurture the community already following you.
A couple of months ago though, I decided to change up my approach and test something else.
When I tell you the results SHOCKED me and my team within daysā¦
So, as I always do⦠I kept testing, tweaking and improving the strategy, with the hopes of finding something sustainable and knowing that Iād eventually share it with you.
I never want to share things prematurely because I really need to know that it works.
Wellā¦it works⦠𤯠Iāve tested on multiple accounts, in multiple niches, with multiple formats now and am fully confident in this strategy.
And it also couldnāt be more well timed because - Iām not sure if you saw, but this week Adam Mosseri just dropped news about Instagram Stories.
The update is that the algorithm bug where posting multiple stories destroys your reach is finally fixed.
You know the frustrating pattern - your first story gets decent views, but every story after that disappears into the void. We've all been there, either cramming everything into one slide or watching our reach tank with each additional story.
Not anymore.
Multiple stories no longer cannibalize each other's reach. Your second, third, and fourth slides can maintain similar view counts to your first.
This couldnāt work more hand in hand with the strategy Iāve put together. š¤
So, without further ado: somethingās coming next week, and if you want to be one of the FIRST to get access to it, youāre going to want to sign up for the waitlist here.
And then in the meantime, test this algorithmic reset for me and DM me the results on Sunday?
The Algorithm Reset
1: Stop posting for 24 hours and let your stories fully expire.
2: After the 24 hours is up, post something that elicits a DM response. Either a really interesting question for your audience or a ManyChat opt-in.
ā¦this should get your account in a great place for whatās coming next week, so make sure you sign up for the waitlist and keep an eye on your emails.
XO,
Natalie

š„£ I absolutely love finding a good cook book with recipes that are actually easy to make, healthy and something my toddler will eat. I got this one last weekend and have already made 3 dinners and 2 desserts from it! Big fan - the breakfast muffins have been a huge hit.
š§ This podcast series has had me in a chokehold. If you ever listened to and enjoyed Scamanda, I think youāll love it.
š§āāļø If youāre craving nervous system regulation, especially when it comes to your relationship with work, you have to save your seat for this free masterclass thatās happening next week. Iām so excited to be co-hosting it with two friends that I really trust in this space, and I think itās going to be life changing for those attending.
š» I had the honor of being featured again in Steven Bartlettās 100 CEOs newsletter. In each edition, Steven asks a hard-hitting question to 100 CEOs and then features a handful of their responses in the newsletter. This time, the question was: What happens when the boss is the one holding their team back? Read my response in the full edition right here.
