free to meet Sara Blakely?

Hey ,

You’ll not believe the text I got this week…

So, picture this: I just finish speaking for 2 hours at a retreat here in Austin…

I drop into a restaurant for lunch, before going for a facial.

I mean, basically my perfect day.

And you know what’s crazy? We’re smack bang in the middle of a big launch…

But, my days are spacious, and feeling at peace is always my priority.

So, I’m sitting at lunch, and the owner of the restaurant drops me a text:

Gabby Thomas (the freaking Queen) and Sara Blakely (the ultimate CEO Mama) were having lunch in the restaurant, and I got invited over to join them.

When I tell you I almost fainted… 👀

And here’s what’s magical: I believe that this truly happened because of the freedom and spaciousness I’ve built into my business, and how I am consistently prioritizing my energy (it magnetizes things to me!!).

Sounds woo-woo AF, right? And I stand by it.

There’s a lot to be said for frequency and freedom.

So, exactly HOW during a 7 figure launch, am I able to have this much space in my day and prioritize my energy this significantly?

Systems and structure.

While most people think that freedom is the absence of structure, it’s actually the prioritization of.

Listen, - I know that feeling of constantly wondering where the next sale is coming from, or whether a random social media post will land you a new client. I know the feeling over every launch sucking every ounce of energy from you.

That hustle can feel exhausting, like you're chasing freedom but never quite reaching it.

But here’s what I’ve learned: freedom isn’t the absence of effort — it’s the result of having a predictable, sustainable system in place that runs even when you’re not.

Let’s dive into the three pillars that shifted my business from reactive to proactive, allowing me to step into the kind of financial freedom I was dreaming about:

1. Create a Sustainable Sales Engine

This is the heart of everything. If your sales are sporadic, your income will be, too. The key is building a system that brings in consistent revenue without relying on random bursts of effort.

Here’s what that can look like:

  • Evergreen funnels: Imagine a sales process that’s running 24/7 — attracting leads, nurturing them, and converting them into customers. This could be as simple as a free lead magnet that feeds into an email sequence with a clear offer.

  • Automated webinars or challenges: Pre-recorded or ongoing sessions that allow you to engage new leads without being live every time. They give potential clients a taste of what you offer, guiding them toward a purchase while you focus on other areas of your business.

Takeaway: Start with one piece of your sales system. Map out a simple funnel or process that can run on autopilot. The goal is to create something that’s always working for you, even when you’re not “on.”

2. Leverage Automation to Scale Your Time

Automation doesn’t just save time — it multiplies it. Think of it as having extra hands in your business that keep things running smoothly, freeing you up for high-level decisions (or, you know, some much-needed downtime).

Here are a few simple ways to leverage automation:

  • Email marketing automation: Have an email sequence that nurtures leads automatically after they sign up for your freebie or service. Each email should be intentional, offering value and guiding them toward an action — whether that’s booking a call or purchasing an offer.

  • Client onboarding: Streamline your onboarding process so every new client gets a consistent, high-touch experience without you manually sending emails or documents. Tools like HoneyBook or Dubsado can help automate this entire process.

Action step: Start by automating one part of your business that feels repetitive — whether it’s sending follow-up emails, scheduling calls, or invoicing clients. The time you free up can then be used to grow your business instead of maintaining it.

3. Focus on High-Impact Revenue Streams

Not all revenue streams are created equal. It’s easy to get distracted by low-ticket offers or one-off services that bring in quick cash, but the real magic happens when you double down on what drives meaningful, sustainable income.

Here’s how to figure out what’s worth your focus:

  • Audit your offers: Take a look at your products or services. Which ones are bringing in the most revenue with the least amount of stress or time investment? Those are the ones to double down on.

  • Recurring revenue models: Whether it’s a membership, subscription, or retainer-based service, creating predictable income can take a huge weight off your shoulders. Plus, it allows you to serve your clients more deeply and over a longer period.

Quick win: Identify your top-performing product or service and brainstorm how you can scale it. Could you turn it into a high-ticket offer? Can you package it into something that delivers recurring revenue? Get strategic about where your time and energy go.

When you combine these three principles — a sustainable sales system, smart automation, and focusing on high-impact offers — you’re no longer working in your business 24/7. You’re letting your business work for you.

And that’s where real freedom comes in.

And , I’d love the opportunity to work with you directly on creating your very own sales engine…

So that you can free up your calendar, raise your frequency and start opening yourself up to aligned opportunities.

Your business should be working, even when you’re not…

And if that’s not the case: let’s make it so.

Freedom Fast Track is currently open for enrollment and I’d love to invite you to join us. In 8 weeks, you’ll have your sales engine up and running — ready to start 2025 with the most freedom-based energy your business has ever seen.

More to come on the advice that Sara gave me… 🥹

🎙 Want to know the REAL behind the scenes of our 8 figure membership sales engine? We’re holding nothing back in this week’s podcast episode, and unsurprisingly it’s becoming one of our most downloaded episodes yet! Listen here.

🍂 I don’t know about you, but the minute I see a brown leaf, I start craving pumpkin pie with a side of Luke’s diner. I’m basic and proud. This year, I’m not just watching Gilmore Girls but getting my fix in a book too. “The Third Gilmore Girl” is a memoir by Kelly Bishop and if I could rate it 20/10 I would. Grab a copy here and get cozy this week.

🍋 There’s one thing I do every single morning that supports my energy: Glōci. I’m a co-founder of this brand and we created it because we didn’t see a single thing on the market that did it’s job. We use enough of each powerful ingredient to actually pack a punch, in a way that you feel working. If you want to give it a try, use code BOSSBABE and you’ll get a big discount.

🌴 I just got back from a retreat with one of my best friends, and if I could gift you the level of transformation we went through… I would. The closest I can do, is let you know that she’s actually running her own retreat in Tulum with a couple of spaces left. If you’re interested, you can apply for a spot here.
