Ease-full VS easy.

Hey ,
Let me set the scene for you:
Between Sun-Tues this week, I had a grand total of 6 hours of sleep. Between traveling and a toddler in a sleep regression, I’ve been operating on fumes. And guess what? All this happened during a launch week—when everything in the business needed my full attention.

Was it easy? Absolutely not. But can it still feel easeful? Yes—and that’s the real magic.
I cancelled meetings.
I pushed back on deadlines.
I took midday naps.
…and I took 1.5 days fully off during this week to get my energy back, during a launch week.
My lack of sleep and productivity did NOT dictate our revenue numbers this week:
We have generated multiple six figures in revenue, yet again, this week.
Life is unpredictable, but your business shouldn’t be.
The Misconception of the “Freedom-Based” Business
We all have that vision, right? The one where we imagine ourselves running a business from anywhere in the world, our days free to design as we please, our time completely our own, and zero issues in sight.
And yes, it’s possible, but here’s what most people don’t talk about:
Freedom doesn’t mean a lack of challenges. In fact, building and growing a business that offers you freedom can feel harder at times because you’re balancing your personal and professional life at new levels. You might have more flexibility, but the responsibility grows too.
It’s easy to assume that when we hit a certain level of success, things should suddenly become easy. And when they don’t, it’s tempting to think we’re doing something wrong or missing some secret formula that everyone else knows.
But here’s the truth: It doesn’t have to be easy to feel easeful.
Where Ease Really Comes From
Let’s unpack that. “Easeful” doesn’t mean everything magically aligns, that you stop working hard, or that challenges disappear. It’s not about perfection or a constant state of calm.
Ease comes from the systems, support, and mindset you create in your business that allow you to navigate the hard stuff without feeling overwhelmed or seeing your revenue completely plummet to zero. It’s about how you respond to the inevitable hurdles—not pretending they won’t come.
I used to think success meant grinding through everything. If I wasn’t hustling 24/7, I wasn’t doing enough. It was all about being busy, checking off tasks, and feeling like I had to push harder every single day. And sure, I saw success, but at what cost? Burnout, stress, and the nagging feeling that I was never doing enough.
But here’s the shift: when I started focusing on building systems that work with me, rather than pushing harder against the tide, everything changed. That’s when my business went from feeling heavy and overwhelming to being something that could sustain both my professional goals and my personal well-being.
Why Mindset Is Everything
Here’s the thing—no matter how many tools, systems, or automations you have in place, the biggest shift starts with your mindset. The way you think about your business and the stories you tell yourself about how you should operate are the foundation of how easeful your business can be.
I’ve had the sleepless nights, the chaos-filled days, and the launches where it felt like everything was happening all at once. I’m not immune to stress—but what I’ve learned is that how I approach those moments is the difference between burnout and thriving.
When I let go of the expectation that things should be easy, I made space for a business that feels easeful. And it all starts with choosing to believe that ease is possible, even on the tough days.
The Systems to Back It Up
It all starts with your mindset, and it’s backed up by your systems.
When you’re not constantly worried about where your next sale is coming from, or that stepping away from your business from a week or two is going to mean your revenue stops completely…
You’re able to access a whole new level of freedom.
This is the type of freedom that comes from having a sales engine in your business. Where your funnel is working away in the background, generating revenue every single day — regardless of whether you’re showing up.
And that’s exactly what I want to help you create, so I’m hosting completely free, live masterclasses this weekend to lay out every single step.
If you’re ready to create predictability and ease in your business, once and for all, come and join the class.

🎙 The opinion may be unpopular, but I think the idea of mom guilt is a myth. Lindsay and I dive into the topic in depth on the podcast this week.
⚡️ Listen, this has absolutely nothing to do with business but this product has categorically changed my life lol. I live in Austin, Texas and mosquitos are the biggest pain in my ass. Someone recommended this electronic device to get rid of the itch instantly and it actually works? And it’s under $30?! Maybe I’ve been living under a rock but holyyyyyyy 🐄 it’s the best purchase I’ve made all year.
🍋 There’s one thing I do every single morning that supports my energy: Glōci. I’m a co-founder of this brand and we created it because we didn’t see a single thing on the market that did it’s job.
