the constant juggle

Hey ,

This week has been one of those beautiful weeks where I really feel like I’ve been able to balance business and motherhood in a way where I hit my goals on both sides…

And I really cherish those weeks, because it’s definitely not every week I feel like that. 😅

We had a significant six figure week in the business, I got to keynote twice in Los Angeles, and I’ve really spent quality time with my little girl (we had her first ballet lesson yesterday and I am still not over it. 🥹)

I’m going to be honest: the perfect balance just doesn’t exist consistently.

There are some weeks that feel like 10/10 on all levels, and others where I’m barely hanging on, and I’m really trying to have grace with myself and opt for harmony instead of balance.

Whether you have kids or not, I’m sure you really relate - it almost always feels like something’s gotta give. Whether it’s your health, fitness, finances, relationship, friendships… as ambitious women, we are juggling constantly.

What I find is most important, is actually having a group of women you can talk to, who truly understand what you’re juggling. What I notice is that often when I’m struggling, one of my friends is crushing and can really support me in the trenches, and then vice versa.

That’s one of the reasons I really enjoyed my call yesterday with a friend and private clients, Cait Scudder. Her brand is “The Millionaire Mother'“ and she is deeply passionate about supporting women in being able to build wealth through their businesses. She’s a Mama to 4 young kids, has a beautiful homestead and a 7 figure company.

One thing I admire most about what she shares is that she’s honest. Honest about the resources it takes, the energy it requires and the reality that it’s not always smooth sailing.

She’s actually teaching a training next week: “Maternal Wealth” with the goal of teaching mother’s how to build wildly successful businesses, while being able to prioritize motherhood and what deeply matters to them.

I’ll be there and would love to invite you to join me. You can grab a seat here! (it’s free)

And my additional invite to you this week, is to really tap into a network or community of women who you know are in a similar position as you. Whether that’s putting a group of women into a group text thread and being honest when you’re checking in, or doing something more formally.

Trust me, it’s so much easier to “balance it all” when you don’t feel like a complete failure…

And when you look around and get really honest with those around you, you’ll realize that your experience is actually very normal, and not failure at all.

🎙 Speaking of doing “all the things” - I recorded and uploaded a quick life update on the podcast. We’re talking all things marriage, childcare, manifestation and Euro summers. Listen here!

💰 I’m SO excited to announce that I’m running my FREE signature training again in just a couple of weeks - this hasn’t been available since February, and I’ve had so many people requesting a replay from last time! If you’re ready to finally start or scale a freedom based business, you can’t miss it.

🤓 This article has been living in my mind rent-free. It’s something I wish I fully understood and actioned many years ago, about the need to hold your boundaries firm, and calendar clear, if you really want to build something you enjoy running.
